A note before we begin: Everything shared at TRAC is based on personal lived experience and certified sexual health education — not medical advice. I'm not a doctor, and nothing here replaces the guidance of your healthcare team. Always consult your physician before making changes to your care.

My Story

I was you — searching for someone who understood

When I was in the thick of Graves disease, I would have given anything to find someone who'd been through it — not a doctor reading from a chart, but a real person who had lived it and come out the other side thriving.

That's what TRAC is. My Graves disease is behind me. My MS is something I live with, manage, and honestly — something I've made peace with — through intentional nutrition, movement, mindset, and a deep commitment to understanding my own body.

I'm also a certified sexual health educator, and I know firsthand how profoundly autoimmune disease affects our intimate lives, our hormones, our sense of self. That conversation deserves a safe place too.

This isn't about a cure. It's about choosing to thrive, every single day.
